Reminder: update your QuickSuper password!
But if you don’t update your password regularly, you may find yourself temporarily unable to log in.
This means delays, not to mention a lot of frustration when making payments.
To keep your account secure, all QuickSuper passwords must be changed at least every 90 days. This is especially important given the rise of online scammers targeting super funds over the last few years.
To change your password, log in to QuickSuper and click the ‘My Details’ icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Every new password must have at least:
- eight characters
- one letter
- one number
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it anytime from the QuickSuper sign in page. Just follow the ‘Having trouble logging in?’ link and enter your email address.
Unfortunately, QuickSuper doesn’t send automatic reminders about updating your password.
To ensure you don’t forget, we recommend setting yourself an external reminder. This can be done in Microsoft Outlook or any other calendar application that lets you set reminders.
While you only need to change your password every 90 days, set your reminder well before this deadline. That way you can update your password before it expires and becomes an issue.
So, don’t delay. Update your password today and set your reminder. It’ll make paying super contributions that much easier in the future.
