Background
Anne is a professional Non-Executive Director and was previously a senior executive in the financial industry. Her past executive roles include nine years as the CEO of Australian Ethical Investment Ltd, and 20 years with the ANZ Banking Group Ltd.
Anne is a Director of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust. Anne is also a member of the Compliance Committee of UBS Global Asset Management (Australia) Ltd and a member of the Audit Committee for the National Capital Authority. She’s also the Industry Representative on the Banking Code of Compliance Committee.
