• provide true and accurate information to us and acknowledge that, while we take reasonable steps to verify the accuracy of your information, we take no responsibility for incorrect information provided by you
• acknowledge and agree that you'll be solely responsible for any actions committed that result from inappropriate management of your credentials and account details, and for any misuse of your account unless and until you notify us in accordance with these terms.

Any personal information collected through the Spirit Super website will be treated in accordance with our Privacy policy.

Any advice provided on the Spirit Super website is provided by Quadrant First Pty Ltd ABN 78 102 167 877, AFSL 284443 (Spirit Super Advice) which is wholly owned by Motor Trades Association of Australia Superannuation Fund Pty.
